Arriving at Sea Lanes
Public access to Sea Lanes Canary Wharf is via 15 Newfoundland Place, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4BH.
The entrance leads into our waterside food and drink area, which is laid on chippings. This route is step-free, however, wheelchair users may find it requires a little more effort than travelling over a smooth paved surface.
All visitors pass through the food and drink area to access the pool facilities. A smooth, step-free ramp leads from this area to the pool reception, with accessible toilets located approximately halfway up the ramp.
Food & Drink Area
Our waterside food and drink area is open to everyone, whether you’re visiting for a swim, meeting friends or simply stopping by for a coffee or bite to eat. While the chippings surface may require a little more effort for some wheelchair users, all seating areas can be accessed without steps. Accessible toilets are available from the main access ramp, and our team are happy to assist if required.
Pool Facilities
The pool reception is accessed via the smooth, step-free ramp from the main entrance area. From reception, guests enter the changing village through level access, with no steps. The changing village includes: An accessible changing room | An accessible WC | Accessible shower facilities | Step-free access throughout
From the changing village, wheelchair-accessible ramps lead down to the pool deck, providing step-free access throughout the pool facilities.
Our sauna facilities are also wheelchair accessible and can be reached via the same step-free routes, allowing guests to move between reception, changing facilities, poolside and saunas without using stairs.
Accessing the Pool
The pool deck is accessed via a wheelchair-accessible ramp from the changing village.
There are two ways to enter the pool:
- Graduated steps with handrails for swimmers who are able to use them.
- An Oxford Dipper Pool Hoist, available to assist guests requiring supported access into and out of both the swimming pool and the dock swimming area.
Please note that there is no ramp providing direct access into the water.
Our team are happy to assist with using the hoist and supporting entry into the water where required.
